THE STORY:

Lisa Senters-McDermott, private aviation expert, is the CEO of Jet Senters Aviation, JSA. With more than 21 years’ experience in the aviation industry.  Known as the go-to resource in private aviation, Senters-McDermott believes in the personal service side of flying.  Senters-McDermott is relied on as a trusted advisor to CEO’s, entrepreneurs, celebrities and fortune 100 companies.  Her clients depend on her advice and honesty in deals ranging from buying as well as managing entire aircraft or simply booking a charter. Perhaps the greatest contributor to her success is her belief that client relationships are at the forefront of everything she does, and she values the relationship above all else. Senters-McDermott is a serial entrepreneur who has had a wide range of careers and interests. She has sold TV airtime and print space, and as an early adaptor, jumped in as director of sales for the Internet start-up Net Zero. Senters-McDermott even sold a sitcom to Home Box Office (HBO) that she co-created, “Buckhead Bettyz.” In January 2015, she created her now second show called “Jet Girl” a sitcom based on her life.

Christjohn Batters attended the University of Georgia where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Dance Education and Choreography. While there, he choreographed for the Ballroom Perfomance Group and toured nationally with the CORE Concert Dance Company, a pre-professional modern and contemporary performance group which was featured at the Jose Limon Summer Concert Series and also in the closing ceremonies of the 1997 and 1998 Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston, S.C.

After graduating, he moved to New York to dance with several companies in the city. In 2001, Christjohn returned to Atlanta to begin teaching with the Fred Astaire Dance Studios of Metro Atlanta. He garnered several top awards in the Fred Astaire organization on the regional and national level.

In 2013 Christjohn started his own company CJBDance and has since grown into one of the most successful companies in the ballroom industry in Atlanta. Several of his students have received prestigious honors in the pro/am competitive world including multiple United States finalists and a World Pro/am title in 2015.
