The three biggest expenses facing Americans is Healthcare, Education, and Housing. The problem we are addressing is housing. After researching the intersection of technology, sociology, and business, we have developed a plan of action to reduce the gaps between the income rungs on the opportunity ladder. As a Millennial, we are entitled because we know deserve the same opportunities as the generations before, we are lazy because any effort placed in inefficient systems are a waste. As a generation, we have the opportunity to invest our dollar into companies that are pursuing social change, without sacrificing a superior standard of products. We wish to position ourselves to be a company for us, by us. Sea-containers construction has been gaining popularity. We have the social media metrics that prove this. The Millenial Market is staying at home longer, but will be the largest global population. We need houses that are affordable. Honestly expressing yourself is the hard challenge, with digital technology we wish to offer a customizable turn-key sea container unit as an urban living solution for millennials. These mono and bi units will feature high performance standards that will exceed any sustainable development regulations. Investing into us helps us pave the way to offer housing options for low-income residents, disaster relief, and displaced refugees. Our business model intertwines with our social efforts. While both can exist separately, we have designed a symbiotic relationship between the two. Where your funding goes: Our pilot program, in partnership with local government leaders, will serve as a flagship in Ward 8 of the District of Columbia. A low-income area that sharply contrasts with the neighboring wards in the District. An affordable multi-family rental unit will feature the diversity of our designs and ensure our stakeholders of the potential for our projects and business.
