BENEFITING: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
ORGANIZER: LLS Charity Runners
EVENT DATE: May 05, 2013
This spring, I'm running in the Pittsburgh Marathon, and I'm doing it for a completely different reason than anything I've done before. For my first marathon, I ran to raise money and awareness for Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity's Philanthropy, ALS or Lou Gehrig's Disease. The next year, I ran for the same. I appreciate and value all of you that support me in this effort, and I was happy to raise over $1,500 to support that cause.
This year, I am running to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, a charity and cause that means so much to so many out there. More specifically, it means so much to my girlfriend Correy and her family, who have been so supportive to me. Correy lost her Uncle Jimmy to ALL, and we are running for him. For her story...
I couldn't be happier to be taking on this endeavor with Correy to benefit such a wonderful cause, and I hope that you will support us! Thank you so much for your love and help!
