BENEFITING: Hydrocephalus Association
Logan is my 9 year old son. For years, Logan suffered from headaches almost daily. One day he suffered two petty mal seizures. An EEG revealed nothing. But just one week later his head felt numb and he couldn't see. After rushing him to the Children's Hospital Emergency Room at the age of 5, a CT scan revealed that Logan has acquired Hydrocephalus, which is a potentially fatal, incurable brain condition. The only treatment is brain surgery. Logan has endured four brain surgeries since he was first diagnosed. His last brain surgery was on March 30, 2017. He's a fighter and tough as nails. 10 days after his last brain surgery, he ran a 5k race to raise awareness and support the University of Minnesota's hospital. He's an inspiration to so many.
