BENEFITING: ASSOCIATION OF NEPALIS IN MINNESOTA
One of the many things that make Logic a truly great place to work is our culture of family, and our willingness to stand by one another in times of need. On Saturday, 4.25.2015, a deadly 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal, a country near and dear to many of our Logicians’ hearts. The extent of the damage from the earthquake and subsequent aftershocks is significant. Currently, over 4,000 people have lost their lives and more than 7,000 are injured, and the Kathmandu valley has been devastated. At this time the need for aid is great: clothing, shelter, food, water, medical supplies, and funds for long term support to rebuild.
We will donate the raised funds to a local Minnesota organization, the Association of Nepalese in Minnesota (ANMN), for proper onward disbursement. ANMN will be channeling 100% of these funds to the Nepal Red Cross Society and other relief agencies on the ground.
We will be collecting donations from now until May 15th and the money raised will go directly to help rebuild and benefit those in need in Nepal as a result of the earthquake.
Our goal is to raise 10,000 USD and Bill Szlaius and the Logic Leadership Team have committed to matching each dollar raised up to 5,000 USD.
Please take a moment to consider giving back; every dollar counts.
Thank you for your thoughtfulness and support!
Amber and the Logic Leadership Team
Please note: ANMN is a non-profit 501(c) organization, and all donations you make will be tax deductible. http://www.anmn.org/
