Love & Support for the Gladwin Family - In Memory of Aiden
Organized by: Khaylen Kingsley Stanton
As many of you know, Aiden Ross Gladwin was born still, just one week shy of his due date on July 6th.
This loss of life has hit a loving family hard, not only in terms of grief, loss, and pain, but also without warning in terms of unexpected expenses. While insurance will cover a portion of the medical expenses, there remains a significant portion uncovered in addition to deductibles, therapy for Katy and the family, Aiden’s memorial and more.
Not everyone is aware that after Zachary’s birth, Katy fought a long battle with debilitating postpartum depression. This often-silent suffering affects many mothers and families, and Katy would like others to know that they are not alone in this struggle. While there was already a small budget in place for quality mental health care and a plan of action, Aiden’s death changes the landscape, significantly increasing the need for treatment and care.
It’s with Katy's permission that I share her experience, so that others will know this is a real issue that many women and their families face and fight.
We wish to keep their grief from being complicated by significant financial strain & debt in the coming year(s), allowing them to focus on healing. Please consider providing monetary support for these unexpected expenses, which will lovingly support Katy, Ross and Zachary's journey of recovery from the loss of Aiden.
THANK YOU for any and all generosity you are able to provide to the Gladwin family.
