Love Matters: Healing Broken Hearts
Organized by: Ce Eshelman, LMFT
Heal a broken heart by contributing to The Attach Place Love Matters Scholarship Program. Adopted children who have experienced pre-natal abuse, maltreatment, physical and sexual abuse, and the ravages of starvation and neglect have Complex Developmental Trauma that, without treatment, will negatively shape the trajectory of their lives despite being adopted into loving families. Long-term treatment is expensive. These beautiful children desperately need long-term attachment and trauma treatment to heal their broken hearts and launch them into the lives they rightfully deserved at conception. Be a Love Matters Scholarship donor and help a child recover their ability to give and receive love.
In 2013, The Attach Place Center for Strengthening Relationships Clinical and Technical staff gave more than $20,000 in sweat equity therapy services to adopted children and their families, who otherwise would not have received treatment. We did this because we believe in LOVE and good attachment and trauma treatment for all who need it.
