BENEFITING: American Red Cross
EVENT DATE: Apr 20, 2013
Maybe you never dreamed to run the Boston Marathon. Maybe you never dreamed to run a 10k. Maybe races have never been on your bucket list. Maybe you run every once in a while, or you run after a basketball, or you promise yourself you'll run more, or you stare wistfully at your running shoes or somebody running down the street after work and you think, "maybe."
And maybe, you turned on the news today, or you read about the tragedy in Boston, and you wanted to help.
On April 20th when your clock hits 12:00 p.m -- wherever you are in the world -- just run. Run your heart out. Run for everyone in Boston. Everyone who raced, everyone who finished, everyone who didn't, everyone who watched, everyone who was a casualty, everyone who had a family member in the race or in the area or in the city. Run for everyone who ran towards the explosion instead of away from it. Run like it means something, because it does.
Run for Boston.
