I've found that the constant mental fight I have with myself when I first start running, and the non stop smiling endorphane rush I receive at the end of every run has become a need to survive everyday life. I achieved my first fitness goal in April 2012 after finishing the OKC Memorial 1/2 marathon. My new goal has been set and on April 29, 2013 I will mark "Complete a FULL Marathon" off my list. However, I have also set a goal to raise $1500 and that's where my friends and family (you) come in =] I'll do all the running (unless you want to join me ;] ), you just need to donate some change. For every person who donates $10 or more I will write your name on the shirt I will be running in!!! Thanks for stopping by and donating!!
"In running, it doesn't matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say, 'I have finished.' There is a lot of satisfaction in that."
