Did you know that globally 1 in 5 people do not know how to read? Did you know that more than 150 million children around the world do not complete primary school? Although we have an abundance of educational resources available to us in the United States, in many developing communities there are countless children that do not have the same access and resources available to them. That is why the Leadership Team 96 (LT96) is volunteering with Mission EduCare on their Ethiopia Initiative - Library Project this year which will benefit the Aduu Subba School located in the Oromia Region, Sebeta Town, Ethiopia.
The Ethiopia Initiative - Library Project's goal is to construct a building to serve as the school's library and provide the necessary materials (books, tables, chairs) to make the library functional. LT96 and Mission EduCare invites you to help us achieve this goal. We are seeking your help in the form of donations and/or in-kind gifts to support this project which will improve the quality of education for the students attending Aduu Subba.
