My oh my! Donations keep coming in. I can not thank you all enough. Liza, and family have been so blessed by all of you. Whether it has been a cash donation, or a gift, your contribution has been greatly appreciated. Your prayers have lifted and continue to raise their moral. Keep them coming.
As I told you all before, Liza has a storage unit. If you have sent me an email in the past in regards to furniture, please send me a new one. With managing so many emails, they get lost in the mix. We are ready to start organizing furniture drop off/pick up.
The kids are looking good clothing wise. However, Liza still needs some shoes. Size 4-5.
You are all still welcomed and encouraged to send cards, and gift cards to 8 Columbus Rd. Winchester.
As time passes and the dust settles, I am seeing more smiles. This is because of all of you. You all have lifted their spirits in ways you could never imagine. Thank you all for your love, support, prayers, donations, and warm vibes. They mean more than you'll ever know.
I will be quite busy tomorrow attending family events, as we all know this is a very busy time of year. I will be sure to get back to, and answer all emails on Monday.
On behalf of Liza and family, thank you, and much love. I know I've said it before, but I'll say it again, you can contact me at anytime about anything. ~ Tammy

We are at $33,800 and climbing. It couldn't have been done without all of you. I always like to start by saying how thankful I am for all of your donations. It's not just the donations that need to be thanked, but all of the kind and generous actions by you kind folk. We can honestly feel your prayers, so keep them coming! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I honestly feel that I can never say it enough.
Many of you dropped off donations last night. I would like to express our gratitude to those of you who did. The clothes were greatly needed. We all know how nice it feels to slip on some fresh new clothes. It definitely helps lift your head when you are feeling a little low. Not to mention your spirits. The generous gift cards are going to good use. The kids can replace what was lost.
Many of you continue to ask what you can do to help. Keep sharing the fundraiser. That is such a simple task, but it can make a huge impact. Also, keep up with those prayers. Doesn't seem like much, but look at how far we have come. Also, sending heartfelt cards is a real boost. You can continue to send those, along with any gift cards to... 8 Columbus Rd. Winchester, Ma. Liza and family are staying with Greg, and Christine Odin.
We have secured a storage facility. (Thank you! This was also also donated by another fabulous donor.) So over the next couple of days we will come up with a plan of action as to how to start dealing with the furniture donations. We are getting more and more organized everyday.
Liza, and family are very grateful for all of you. She seems a little more at peace, and is really starting to see the silver lining, so much so, it's starting to look gold.
Again, there just doesn't seem to quite be the perfect words to express to you all how grateful we are. So I'll just say it again. Thank you! You know how the the saying goes, "it takes a village"...well this village certainly proves it.
As always you can contact me at anytime, about anything. On behalf of Liza and family, with much love, thank you. ~ Tammy

Hello all of you fabulous do…
Hello all of you fabulous donors! This fundraiser has reached far beyond what we were expecting. The support has been outrageous. First, I would like to start, by say a heartfelt thank you. Thank you!!! We mean this truly from the depths of our hearts.
Over the last couple of days many of you have wanted to know what else you could do to help... We are asking now for gift cards. One reason for this is, space and storage. They are a lot easier to store. This also will help Liza later when purchasing larger items, like furniture and mattresses If you would like to send Liza, and family a gift card, or even drop a simple card in the mail to show your love...we are providing a mailing address. Many of you know that Liza is staying with Greg and Christine Odin at 8 Colombus Rd. Remember to address to "C/O" Christine or Greg Odin with Liza's name followed, to be sure that everything is sent safely.
As for donations, we are will be accepting donation drop offs TODAY between the hours of 4-7. Please limit this to only smaller items. As for larger items, we will be dealing with as soon as a storage facility has been secured. We are trying to grasp a handle on organizing donations as they come.
I know that I have been in contact with many of you on a daily basis. If you did not get a response from me, please send again. I was having trouble with some emails yesterday being bounced back at me. I think it may have something to a high volume of emails. Also, please be patient, I'm getting to everyone they come in order.
I would now like to speak on behalf of Liza and family. I keep her updated on all of your emails. She thanks you all from the bottom of her heart. She feels blessed to have so many wonderful, caring, friends and family...(some you have never met her, and she wants to express a thank you to all of you as well) She is still feeling quite overwhelmed, but sleeps better at night knowing that her future looks a little brighter. This couldn't be done without ALL of you.
As always...you can contact me any anytime regarding anything. Thank you all for your continued support. Much love...Liza and family. ~ Tammy

Wow! Wow! Wow! I can't believe how far we have come. We have completely surpassed our original goal. There honestly are no words to express my gratitude. Thank you all for your love, compassion, prayers, and generous donations. I sat with Liza last night for a little while to go over a few things. First, let me start by saying that she is so very thankful for all that you have all done. She was saying this with tears in her eyes. At this moment she is still felling very overwhelmed. Which we can all understand. She is actively looking for a 3 bedroom apartment here in Winchester. (So if anyone can help with that, that would be great) She is headstrong on moving forward, and getting things back to normal, especially for the kids. Many of you have asked about sizes...Sean-Men's medium, 32 waist, shoe size 10 1/2. Bella-size 8, ladies medium, shoe size 7. Liza's shoe size 5. Shoes are a slight issue right now. As for the furniture donations, we are still interested, but please be patient, as for right now we have no where to store them. They are still needed. We are recommending at this point, gift certificates. The reason is storage. Plastic bins are also needed, for packing and organizing. Again, thank you all. For everything. I will continue to update all of you.

Dear Lynne,

I want to express my deep appreciation for your very generous donation in support of the MassGeneral Marathon Team Fighting Kids' Cancer ... One Step at a Time in honor of my patient partner, Mikalo. Your assistance means so much to me but even more to the kids currently undergoing treatments and their families. 100% of your donation will go directly towards finding new cancer treatments which we hope will lead to a cure for all cancer patients one day. I can't thank you enough! Thank you from all of us.

Sincerely,
Patty
