BENEFITING: Make-A-Wish Greater Pennsylvania & West Virginia
Hi family and friends!
This year is my first year running the Pittsburgh Marathon. As excited as I am, I think some moral support from the people I love most will really help me though the hardwork and training! With that being said, I have decided that I want to run for a cause that I truely believe in, Make-A-Wish. Make-A-Wish is a non-profit organization that grants wishes to children and makes their dreams come to reality! The more money raised, the more encouraged I will be to finish the race, so let's make my wish of finishing the marathon happen! Thank you again for your time and consideration. I'll see you at the finish line :)

Your support of Make-A-Wish® can lead to a life-changing wish experience. For children with life-threatening medical conditions like six-year-old Cole, who is diagnosed with astrocytoma, having a wish granted to go to the beach was a game changer.
"Through his wish, Cole gained a happiness and confidence he would have never had otherwise," said Cole's mother.
Change lives today and help us reach our goal of $10,000. Incentives and prizes will be offered to runners signed up to support Make-A-Wish in the months leading up to the event.
Make-A-Wish® Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia is a non-profit organization that grants wishes to children, aged 2 ½ to 18, with life-threatening medical conditions. Currently, the local chapter is one of the most active in the country, having fulfilled more than 15,000 wishes. For more information, please call Make-A-Wish at (800) 676-9474 or visit its Web site at greaterpawv.wish.org.
Thank you for helping to make wishes come true!
