Man at the end of his rope; we are at the other end. PULL!!

"I can't go on like this any more." What would you do if you saw that Facebook post on a FB friend's page? A person that you have never met living across the country from you? Would you ignore it or would you add to the growing list of posts offering him prayers and encouragement? Would you look up his work phone number and call to see if he is still alive? Email his business email address found on his work website? Send him a personal message asking him to let all of you know he is ok and not lying on his bedroom floor with an empty bottle of pills in his hand? What if you found out that he had texted a dear friend saying that no one cares about him just a few hours prior? Would you call the police department to get them to check on his welfare? Would you post on his FB until you found a friend who could get in touch with his family and friends to stop a potential tragedy from happening? Would you spend your entire morning hoping, praying and trying to save that man's life? Would you set up a fund that would do more than just pay lip service to his plight? This man called out in desperation because he was at the end of his rope. We say we want people to ask for our help rather than do what Robin Williams did to himself. We can no longer try to help Mr. Williams, but we are not too late to help Mr. Eric Livingston. He isn't asking for charity; He is a proud patriot. Medical and financial burdens have him down, but we will not let him check out without a fight. We can make a huge difference in his life by giving him a hand up right now. He thinks no one cares, let's prove to him how wrong he is about that. Let's reach out and help Eric up now that life has kicked him down. Eric, WE CARE!
