Manuel is a young man in his late 20s...he is coming to the USA on his own. He's a hard working individual. He went to school and countless hours of preparation he has learned englishand some culinary skills. He has also worked many hours just to help himself come over to the USA and mission completed he is now on his way to work for Carnival. But now he is in need of some help to pay for some utilities for his 9 month journey. I was hoping we could help him out.
