BENEFITING: PAWS PROVIDING ANIMAL WELFARE SERVICES
EVENT DATE: Oct 12, 2014
I am so blessed to be running my third marathon in October at the Chicago Marathon! Woo hoo! 26.2 miles, here I come!
I would really like to raise some money this year for an organization that I have been volunteering for, PAWS. PAWS is not a rescue, but an organization that is "positively transforming the state of animal welfare within the Rochester, NY community." By providing low-cost wellness clinics and reaching out to city residents and sharing information to provide healthier, happier homes for their pets, PAWS really is transforming Rochester!
This year PAWS is building their Spay & Neuter Clinic, and I would love to help them raise some money to finish the job so they can begin to provide qualified city residents with free spays and neuters for their pets! That's right, I said FREE! And we all know that spaying and neutering will lead to a decrease in overpopulation of dogs and cats.
Since PAWS is non-profit, they rely on donations to keep going. Every donation helps, even $1. Please sponsor me in crossing the finish line in Chicago, and please help PAWS cross their finish line of completing the Spay & Neuter Clinic so they can provide these awesome services to the pets of Rochester!
Thank you in advance for helping me and also helping an organization that I have grown to love!
