Marc's Emotional Support Animal
Organized by: Bridgette Wright
On January 29, 2016 Marc Wright lost his only way to cope with trauma and stress to more pain than he can bare. Little Onyx was only 5 months old when his playful character cost him his life. While Marc and his family were out, Onyx got out of his crate, climbed to get his bag of treats and got his little head stuck in the bag; he suffocated to death and Marc was the one who found him.
We are raising money because a service animal is not cheap, nor is it easily replaced. A new service dog would require (besides actually buying the dog) training to know when Marc is dealing with stress, vet care, new ESA (Emotional Support Animal) tags, and much more.
The loss of a pet is such a traumatic experience and Marc's only way of coping for the last 5 months has been baby Onyx. We could never replace Onyx, and the love Marc had for him, but we can certainly come together to help him obtain a new ESA. Anything helps
