This June I will be heading to Haiti with a group of medical volunteers to work in a clinic in Haiti. We will be at Hospital St. Croix in Léogâne. This is at the epicenter of the earthquake that hit Jan. 12, 2010. The hospital was severely damaged in the earthquake but now has one wing open. Any money donated will go 100% towards the purchase of badly needed medical supplies (medicines, equipment and bandages etc.) for our team, the clinic and the hospital. This program is managed by Intervol, a nonprofit started by a plastic surgeon and The University of Notre Dame and its alumni.
Please help support this amazing volunteer organization and provide much needed healthcare to the Haitian community affected by the earthquake.
