In November 2016, we adopted Lucas from Magnificent Mutts & Meows Rescue. Magnificent Mutts & Meows is a 501(c)3 non-profit, all breed dog & cat rescue. They save dogs & cats who are rescued from high kill animal shelters, are surrendered by their owners, or are found roaming the streets. Once they rescue the animals, the animals are vet-checked, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, heart-worm tested/treated, and microchipped before finding their loving fur-ever home. Jessica and Lucas are walking (September 30th) to raise money to support this organization so that they can continue their efforts in helping dogs and cats and families find each other!
