THE STORY:

Matt Olson wrote -

Northern Illinois Food Bank’s Young Professionals Board (YPB) is committed to raising awareness for hunger efforts in the suburbs and will be feeding our hungry neighbors one “strike” at time at the inaugural Strike Out Hunger event on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Tivoli Bowl in Downers Grove.

How can you show your support? Become a team captain and form a team of five bowlers/fundraisers. Team opportunities are limited.

Please note: There is a combined $500 team fundraising minimum to participate.

 

Includes game, shoes, food, drinks and fun!

The YPB thanks you for your consideration in generously participating in Strike Out Hunger.

 

 

EVENT INFORMATION:

Date: Wednesday, September 25, 2013

Location: Tivoli Bowl - 938 Warren Ave., Downers Grove, IL 60515

6:00 PM:  Registration

7:00 PM: First wave bowlers begin

8:00 PM: Second wave bowlers begin

9:00 PM: Top 12 teams bowl to determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

9:45 PM: Awards Ceremony & Raffle

10:00 PM: Event Ends
