BENEFITING: ANGELS OF AMERICAS FALLEN

EVENT: 8th Annual CHICK-FIL-A SKATE-A-THON

EVENT DATE: Sep 30, 2017

Matthew Howard

THE STORY:

WHAT: Skate for FREE Chick-fil-A for a year!* Roller skating takes place November 4th -5th (from 10:15 pm until 5:30am) around the Chick-fil-A Garden of the Gods parking lot. You must be 18 and older to participate.

In return for your generosity and effort, Chick-fil-A Garden of the Gods is awarding more than $16,000 worth of free food to participants!

WHO: Children of our fallen military and first responders have to grow up without their biggest mentor during their crucial development years. Funds raised from the Chick-fil-A Skate-A-Thon will help provide them healthy activities and mentoring as they grow into adults.

WHY: Funds raised will go to Angels of America's Fallen (AOAFallen) to provide healthy activities for children of our fallen so they can pursue a passion of their choice with a coach or instructor who can mentor them. When AOAFallen provides the activities to the children, they commit to sticking with them from the time they sign up all the way until they are 18 years old. Because the children's parent volunteered to serve, and gave all while doing so, they deserve support throughout the entire time they are growing up without them. You can have a very positive impact on the life of a child who’s sacrifice without their parent is ongoing. OUR GOAL IS TO GET ALL 39 EL PASO COUNTY CHILDREN SERVED FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR!
