I'm on the board of directors of Bronx House, the first and longest-running community center in the Bronx, because seven days a week they're making a difference in the lives of people, especially kids.
Now we're on a mission to build a rock climbing wall at our Center. Each year it will give hundreds of children an opportunity for great exercise, plus help to increase their self-confidence and problem-solving skills. We've received a partial grant to build the wall, but we only get to keep it if we can raise the balance. Will you give me a boost to build a rock climbing wall for Bronx kids? Please donate $50, $100, $250 or $500 today, and then join me to toast success on Thursday, November 19th at Public House New York (info below). A thank you drink will be on me. In fact, I'll be guest bartending from 6 pm - 7 pm!
Plus, donors of $250 or more will have their names on the event banner that evening.
If you can't make it there that night, please consider making a contribution anyway, and let's help Bronx kids reach new heights.
Thursday, November 19th, 6 pm – 8 pm at Public House NYC, 140 E. 41 Street, New York, NY. Must be 21 years of age or older to attend event.
