BENEFITING: MICHIGAN COALITION AGAINST HOMELESSNESS
The Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness (MCAH) is a nonprofit membership organization formed as an association of emergency shelters, transitional housing programs, nonprofit housing and service programs, government programs and concerned citizen.
Our mission is to decrease the incidence of homelessness, improve the quality of services provided to people who are homeless, and effect systemic change at the root causes of homelessness.
The Coalition accomplishes its mission through public awarenesss/education, advocacy, collaboration, and technical assistance.
Our goal is to be the leading advocate for homeless people in Michigan and the agencies that serve them.
