Now in its 24th year (and HealthStream’s 8th year in a row!), Hands on Nashville Day (HON Day) is the community’s largest day of service benefiting Metro Nashville Public Schools. Each September, HON mobilizes thousands of volunteers to complete ‘done-in-a-day’ improvement projects to enhance learning environments and create spaces where students can be happy, healthy, and ready to learn! This year, HON is introducing three new projects that reflect the day-to-day programming in urban agriculture, energy savings, and public education. These exciting new projects include: window weather stripping, building school gardens, and painting murals. Please join us in supporting Hands on Nashville Day!
