Entrepreneur, philanthropist and advocate for at-risk youth are not what comes to mind to those who knew Jamie Leibert in his earlier life. Faced with insurmountable challenges, Leibert'ʹs downward spiral started at just nine-years-old. Coming from a broken home and being homeless, Leibert felt he had no other options and fell victim to drugs, alcohol, crime and violence as a way to survive and would eventually serve time in prison. Once released from prison, Leibert made a commitment of his time and energy to better his life and to encourage others by example.
Today, Leibert, an innovator and extreme sports enthusiast, has built a multi-million dollar company, Color Fun Fest, LLC. His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping at-risk youth inspired him to launch a major foundation Just Care More will inspire these type-cast-kids to realize their full potential, to develop in them the attribute of leadership and to teach them important life lessons. Partnering with families and communities, Leibert is dedicating a portion of proceeds from each Color Fun Fest 5Kevent to Camp Care More, a one-week camp that invite kids from group homes and underprivileged communities to improve their lives by setting performance standards and putting them in decision‑making situations. Leibert has dedicated himself wholeheartedly to ensure all disadvantaged young people have a chance for change and works tirelessly to improve their lives with positive guidance and support. As a keynote speaker, he is ask to share his powerful story of transformation regularly at group homes and other organizations throughout the U.S. that invest in improving the lives of our future leaders.
