People of all ages and ailments, regardless of their ability to pay, receive nutritious meals in their homes thanks to volunteers in our community. Since 1958, Meals On Wheels has been providing this crucial service to people who are temporarily confined due to accident, illness, or hospitalization, as well as those coping with long-term illnesses. The program helps individuals regain their strength, increase their independence, and improve their overall quality of life. Volunteer delivery also provides the opportunity for human interaction, vital to preventing isolation and depression.
