THE STORY:

Every year, our medical team made up of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, EMT's and other caring individuals travel to rural Haiti and provide basic healthcare. Many of the people we serve have never been seen by a doctor and have never been exposed to any healthcare in their lives. In addition to basic physical examinations, our group provides antibiotics, vitamins and other basic medications we in the US take for granted. We are a grass-roots group, each paying our own way to travel to Haiti and to live there for one week. 100% of your donations less the CrowdRise fee goes directly to pay for medications, medical supplies and vitamins. Some of our work is documented here in a film which is currently in production called Haiti: Day by Day. Any amount helps. Thank you for your support.
