Meeko is a beautiful Siberian Husky puppy who has come into our lives to warm our hearts. He has a very energetic and playful aura around him and a devilish look about his bright blue eyes. From waking me up by nibbling on my chin to running around the house and lying on your feet, he's always been a joy. With all of this, at 6 weeks old, he has been to the emergency room and had numerous tests run on him over 5 times now. When his first episode of seizures came on, it was ferrying not knowing what to do and being unable to do anything. All we could do was rush poor, terrified Meeko to the emergency room and wait. While there, he had many tests run but got better. Soon we were able to take him home and he got better. He started eating, playing and running around his loving home until he was struck down by another sudden seizure. With another terrifying scare came another higher bill and what's worse is that the vets have no idea what the cause may be after the test run. We have done all we can to make sure he gets the proper tests, medications and care but are now at the ends of our finances and Meeko still needs to go to a Neurologist for another slew of exams to figure out his prognosis and treat him. We just want to make sure to be there for our puppy and bring him back to his loving home. Any help would be greatly appreciated to treat Meeko and make sure he gets better. All of the money raised will go to covering the emergency care, tests, treatments, medications, hospitalization and any procedure he may have to get.
