Do you remember the first time you went skiing? I do. I was 23 at Arapahoe Basin in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado and I never made it off the beginners "slope". (Please refer to attached ridiculous photographic proof of the Treasurer's Endeavors) It was an amazing experience that I am glad I had and am equally happy to never do again! My family could never have taken me skiing when I was a kid, and that's true for the majority of the kids that benefit from Mentor2Youth programs. While M2Y prides itself on the high quality mentorship, tutoring, and life skills services we provide to the youth of Ypsilanti and Washtenaw County, we also understand that children don't just require homework help in order to become the successful, multi-faceted adults that we strive to help them become. Children need to have fun. They need to collect life experiences so they can create their own perspectives of what success means to them. And we can help there too:
