Born in Atlanta, GA, Micah Jesse grew up fascinated with the fabulous lives of the rich and famous. He enrolled at Hofstra University in September 2005 and quickly became a recognizable face among the student body. Pulse, the campus magazine, wrote a full-page feature article about Micah title, "True Life: I'm A Hofstar, A Glimpse into The Life Of Hofstra's Own Celebrity Student," chronicling Micah's superior grades and much-buzzed about internship with music mogul Tommy Mottola.

The following year, Micah worked as an assistant to YouTube starlet Mia Rose for NextSelection. He introduced her to red carpet events by covering the gamut of NYC glamour, dressing her, doing her make-up and making sure she was photographed alongside celebrities like Scarlet Johansson and socialite-heiress-supermodel Lydia Hearst. Jesse gardered press hits for Mia Rose in Women's Wear Daily and a span of online media outlets. Micah began his celebrity and lifestyle blog in April 2007, and within a year's time, MicahJesse.com was born.
