Michelle Carranza-Carter funeral expenses
Organized by: Heather Klimantas
My name is Heather. I'm Michelles daughter. My mother passed on December 26. She was very sick but this was sudden. Since November she had problems with her liver and was retaining alot of fluids. Eventually effecting her kidneys. She was admitted into ICU. This was a very tough time for me and her husband Doug. Day by day we was hopeful and stood by her bed side. Talking to her, not sure if she could understand us. She had multiple tube down her throat and nose. Lungs were not working on her own. In a week we had heard some little progress that kept us hopeful. But we knew that this struggle would be harder on her as minutes and days would go by. So as her daughter making the hardest decision I have ever had to make. We chose to take her off and kept her very comfortable. She eventually passed at 11:36 on December 26. Multiple organ failure and eventually lung and heart stop. This is the hardest thing that I have ever had to watch. She of course has already been layed to rest. She said she didn't want anything big and expensive. Just something simple. She worked for STA. Bus aide for handicapped kids. She loved them dearly. But she didn't work enough hours due to being part time but had been there for years. She didn't make the cut to get insurance money to cover something like this. So with that being said the funeral is asking for the above amount up front. We tried to see if we could make payments and that's not an option. So please if anyone would be so kind to help out with anything possible it would be greatly appreciated by her husband and I.
