The mens club volleyball team at the University of Michigan was founded in 1968. We compete at an intercollegiate level, as part of the Midwest Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA). MIVA has schools from all over the midwest competing within their own conferences, as well as against the surrounding conferences. We compete with other schools from the Big Ten conference. Most of our players have played in high school and many players on the A-Team have club volleyball experience prior to entering the University of Michigan.
The University of Michigan’s Women’s Club Volleyball team is a competitive organization that allows young women to continue their volleyball career at a high level and build a fun, close-knit community on campus while still having time to focus on academics. We have two teams that practice twice a week (at the CCRB), and attend 1-2 tournaments per month. The season starts in October and ends in April at the NCVF National Collegiate Club Volleyball Championship.
