With the activation from September 11, life has changed. His life was a carpenter with two boys and a life in the Air Force Reserve, the first activation was for 576 days , and over the past yrs he has dedicated his time to support the military and what he believes in! But in september 2012 he lost his house to bankruptcy, they live in a old farm house and he is being activated again on May 12 2015. He has been trying to get a loan to build a new home for his wife before he leaves again but no bank will fund his new construction. He has worked over the past two years to have no bills, no credit cards, and be completely free from debt but with the new bank rules no one will qualify him to build a new place. He has the building lot and has electric and water installed. His only dream is to provide his wife with a home before he leaves. He wants a debt free home for her and her commitment as a wife of a 27 yr veteran of the military. They have been married for 30 yrs as of October 20 2014. He has just reinlisted for his final time and he will be forced to retire with 33 yrs of service. Reservist are able to collect their retirement at age 60, so he will be retired at age 55 and will start retirement pay at 60. For yrs he has been able to provide for his family but with the great need for the military reserve his normal income was greater than his military pay for his rank. But he has been able to work though it and is now debt free. I thank you for all those that support our military today as they are only 1% of the population. As Americans we do it right by our military even if we don't sometimes agree with the action of our government. Again thanks and God Bless!!!!
