SAVE THE MEMORIES FUNDRAISER FOR MILTON ADULT DAY SERVICES
In honor of my parents and in celebration of birthdays in July, I ask you to join me in raising funds for the Milton Adult Day Services of South Bend, Indiana. Milton is a service of the Alzheimer''s Services of Northern Indiana, Inc., a not-for-profit, voluntary organization .
My parents, Burrell and Betty, are remarkable people living with the challenges of Alzheimers (father) and early stages of Dementia (mother). The Milton team of professionals are amazing, compassionate, and effective in their services. They were a blessing to my mother when she was first diagnosed with Dementia and I did not know where to turn for assistance. All proceeds from this fundraiser go to support families that urgently require Milton services, but are financially in need of assistance. If you have a loved one living with Alzheimers or Dementia or concerned that one day a friend, family member or even you will face this challenge, please give freely. To learn more about the Milton Adult Day Services visit http://www.miltonads.org.
The mission of Alzheimer''s Services of Northern Indiana, Inc., a not-for-profit, voluntary organization, is fourfold: 1) to provide patient and families with support, information, education and referral services; 2) to educate the public and health care professionals about Alzheimer''s disease and other related disorders; 3) to advocate for improved public policy for patients, family members and other caregivers; 4) to promote research into the cause and cure of Alzheimer''s disease and other related disorders.
