This is my first year working with Adrianna, a gifted Boston-based high school sophomore who loves dance and has ambitions of studying internationally. I'm excited to support Adrianna through high school as she prepares for and applies to college.
For low-income students in Boston, hard-working plus high-achieving doesn't always equal opportunity. Minds Matter is changing that.
Minds Matter’s mission is to transform the lives of accomplished high school students from low-income families by broadening their dreams and preparing them for college success.
The stats speak for themself. Over the past thirteen years, we have had 100% of our graduating seniors go on to four year college programs, despite the fact that many of them are first generation college students.
Minds Matter is a three year program that offers its students a combination of individualized mentor support, professional ACT instruction, and access to top-tier academic summer programs.
All of our students must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA and come from families with less than $30,000 a year in household income.
Your Gift in Action - Gifts of all sizes matter. Help us achieve our goal and donate today! See how your gift aids our Minds Matter students.
