Roughly about a week ago, Sarah Mayes went into the hospital and recently found out she is battling lupus. She is pregnant with her third baby, a little girl named Charlotte, who still has about 3-4 months to go until she is at full term. Charlotte is healthy and taking all of her mommy's nutrients and then some. For those who don't know what lupus is, it is an inflammatory disease caused when the immune system attacks its own tissues.
