Miranda's College Courses and Competition Dance Fund
Organized by: Michelle Russo
Miranda is my amazing 17 yr old daughter. She is currently a Junior in High School. She is a high achiever and is a well known young lady in our small community in Granite Falls, WA. She is currently enrolled in three college in the high school classes where she will earn college credits while taking the courses in her high school setting. She is a honor society member, and strives for a 4.0 gpa. She also is a member of the Future Business Leaders of America team, a board member for the local food drive, and editor of the yearbook. She has been involved in competition dance for four years with Granite Falls School of Dance, and has been teaching the younger age group classes. She is currently in Jazz and Ballet, and Hip Hop. Dance is her passion.
This year my financial situation has made it close to impossible to continue allow Miranda the opportunities she has had. The college courses are about $230 each class for a total of $690. Competition dance is the most expensive with four competition events, one being a national event they've made it to every year. Each event has an entry fee for each dance they are in, plus costumes, and there's tuition on top of that. Dance total for the year will cost over $2500. I am humbly reaching out to all of you to please help me support my daughter continue to live out her dreams in dance and also get the college credits she needs to continue her education after high school. Your help is so much appreciated! Thank you in advance!
