Two years ago, I began a journey of loss that would lead me to lose everything so I could gain a new hope and dream to move to Australia to do missionary work. From the end of 2014 until the end of 2015, I lost my husband, my brother, and 2 uncles to cancer. I also lost my mom, another uncle, and an aunt during the same period, my home, my business, and my dog Homer. God does work in mysterious ways though and in all the loss, I have the courage to lose what I do have left and move to Moree, Australia to live with an Aboriginal pastor and his wife and minister to the local indigenous people in that area. My visa does not allow me to work while in Australia so I am trying to raise funds to cover my expenses while I am there. My expenses so far have totaled around 3000 (airfare, insurance, bag fees, moving truck, etc). I estimate it will cost me around 200 a month minimum for food and sundry items and my visa will allow me to stay for a year. After losing all that I love and know, this opportunity is seen as a chance to step into where my heart will thrive and do what I love best; love people, pray for them, and share the Good News of redemption and restoration through Jesus. If you feel led by the Holy Spirit to help me through prayers or financial support, I would be grateful beyond belief. To start all over again makes no sense except to let go of all that I know or have to follow after Him and walk into this great adventure. May you be blessed just for reading this and even more if led to help me become a harvester for Christ Jesus!
