Mission Hiring Hall (MHH) was founded in 1971 as part of the Mission Coalition of Organizations, which advocated for economic development in the Mission district. MHH continues to faithfully serve the immediate and long-term employment needs of San Francisco’s low-income residents with a full range of employment services, including job readiness training, job counseling, job placement, as well as case management and referrals to supportive services. MHH also partners with the City and County of San Francisco to provide premiere vocational training programs in construction trades and construction project administration. With two offices in the Mission and South of Market (SOMA) neighborhoods, MHH provides all San Francisco residents with vital, culturally sensitive employment services. Our staff is multiethnic and multilingual and able to serve clients in English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Tagalog.
