African cultures are always generalised as indigenous and folkloric. African food is already known in several countries, mostly in Europe, because of their historic ties. While cuisines from countries like China, India and Thailand have become very popular, the same cannot be said about African food. My goal here is to open the first restaurant in Montreal, offering you the best of African gastronomy. This is going to be done with all your contributions. Feel free to donate or not, but share.
