Mom's cancer care
Organized by: Jonathan Cranston
My mom raised and home schooled five children. We kids are grown now and she even delivered my son, who was unexpectedly born at home. Mom continues to care for those in need. Her home is a second home to myriad struggling souls. They come to her for a meal, support, encouragement or a hot cup of coffee.
Mom and dad have never spent money on portraits or pictures. Dad is a pastor. They celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary this year. I want to give them professional, gallery quality portraits now. Mom's fight will be long and hard. Surgery and radiation will take their toll during this process. She will emerge from this struggle tired and worn.
It is important that we make this happen now, before treatment saps her vitality, and some of her beauty. Help me buy professional portraits, prints and frames; of her and the love of her life, my father.
