Multiple Sclerosis stops people from moving, and the National MS Society exists to make sure it doesn't. We believe that moving is not just something you can or can't do, but rather is who you are. This is why we host events like Bike MS -- to raise funds for critical research, as well as comprehensive programs and services for people with MS -- moving closer to a world free of MS. By working together, we can keep everyone moving forward.

For the past two years my twin 14 year old boys, my 14 year old nephew, my sister, and I have participated in this ride together. This will be my 8th year riding and my sister's 7th year. We are trying to raise 1500.00; each of us needs a minimum of 300.00. Every bit of these funds and any amount over goes to the MS Society for research.

Because of the work of researchers around the world, thousands of people living with MS can manage their disease and live productive, active lives. Those we care about personally- our family and friends -can be optimistic about what the future holds for them and their children. YOU are the research revolution, and NOW is the time for bold action.

•STOP MS in its tracks

•RESTORE function already lost to damage from MS

•END MS forever, including protection for future generations

One of Scott's co-workers died from complications from MS, another co-worker has a family friend with MS, and one of our aunts has a friend with MS. Mary has a personal friend with MS. We ride for them. Chances are you either know someone or know someone that knows someone with MS.

The donations raised will help fund programs, services, advocacy and research for more than 6,100 people living with MS in the Ohio Valley Chapter area.
