A group of dedicated volunteers created a space for meditation in New York City. We are crowdrising in order to create a strong foundation - that way we can continue to offer our meditation programs.

The focus at Nalandabodhi New York is to train our minds to “let go and relax” – which when put into practice daily affects our lives positively and powerfully. We are working with our habits, relaxing our tight minds and opening up our awareness.
