Tom Morante

THE STORY:

Nancy Morante passed away Sunday February 12, 2017, at the age of 91. She was a wonderful mom and wife and aunt and sister and cousin and friend. In 1973, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a radical bilateral mastectomy. She volunteered to help other women understand the surgery and its impact on their lives, and to appreciate how to live with cancer. She had boundless energy, tremendous enthusiasm for life, incredible compassion for others, and an infectious spirit that encouraged and energized those around her. She looked always to help others first. A donation to the American Cancer Society in her honor would be a gift for those needing the guiding hand she no longer can extend.
