EVENT: The NO MORE Challenge
Our dedicated staff works with over 80 rape crisis centers across the state in addition to the military, law enforcement, college campuses, and hospital staff to meet the needs of those impacted by rape and sexual assault.
NCCASA has a chance to to win $50,000 through the NO MORE Challenge if we raise the most money by 2pm eastern on Tuesday March 15, 2016!
How will NCCASA use my donation? We are glad you asked. Succeeding in the NO MORE Challenge means we can increase the reach of our Youth Advocacy Impact (YAI) projects, serving young people ages 13-24 by:
- Providing more legal services. Currently, NCCASA has one attorney to help campus sexual assault survivors at North Carolina's 125 colleges and universities.
- Helping teachers and parents. Offer guidance to schools across North Carolina on how to handle and respond to sexual assault. Create brochures and offer training for both teachers and parents.
- Helping middle and high school students. Our two day summer camp teaches 200 youth, ages 13-17, about sexual assault, healthy dating and leadership.
Thank you for joining the NO MORE Challenge and showing your support by giving! All donations are tax-deductible and no amount donated is too small. Let's say NO MORE and END sexual assault in North Carolina
