The National Collegiate Honors Conference is put on every year for honors colleges around the world to collaborate and improve each individual school's honors program. This year's conference will be held in Denver, Colorado.

22 of Youngstown State University (YSU) Scholars, some of the top students of the university, will be attending this conference in November 2014. Each student is presenting on a specific program that is unique to YSU. As a school, at least one student, or group of students, will be presenting in each category within the conference. Here is the list of the presentations our students will be giving:
-Scholar Wars
-Uganda Water Project
-Scholar Swipes
-Fundraising for Relay for Life
-Global Day of Service
-Red Cross Blood Drives
-Brightened Birthdays
-Honors Contracts
-Undergraduate Labs...Single Photos Poster
-"Distorting Self Defense" Paper presentation

The total cost for each student to attend this conference is $1,300 (includes conference fee, hotel, travel, etc.)

Your help would greatly be appreciated! These students are working very hard to help improve not only YSU's honors program, but the university as a whole.
