NEED HELP FINISHING IMMIGRATION CASES FOR MY WIFE AND SON
Organized by: Allen Rochester Jr
In 2012 I met the love of my life in an online dating site. We talked for over a year online, via Skype, or on the phone. I went to her country of the Philippines in 2013 and we had the wedding that we planned. I came back to the States and then went back the following year and had our 1st wedding anniversary. After my return back to Texas is where everything fell apart. I drove an 18 wheeler in the oilfields of South Texas and everything just came to an abrupt halt. I started the visa process to bring her and my stepson (who only knows me as his father). Work slowed down so much that I began making less than half I was making each week. So i had to put the immigration case on hold due to the fact that i didnt have the moeny to continue the case. Top that all off with being audited and fined by the IRS. Monthly payment arrangements have been made. Case was put on hold for a year, that year expired this past April. I paid a fee with the attorney to have the case extended. Since then I have changed jobs and now drive a truck over the road but can't seem to get out of the hole that I have been in for awhile now. This new company pays twice a month and I can't seem to get back to the processing of our case. Also my son seems to be continuously getting sick due to the mosquitoes in the area where my wife lives. And in the Philippines the mosquitoes carry dengue fever. He actually just got out of the hospital yesterday. I have not seen or held my wife or son since March 2014. And I miss and love them both so much. Thank you for reading my story here. Help spread the word!
