Neema Trip 2016
Organized by: Sue Kelley
2 years ago I was blessed to visit Kiltale, Kenya and meet Zeddy and Boutrous as well as the other girls at the Neema Project. This year, I was encouraged to hear that Zeddy continues to walk faithfully with Jesus as she farms maize and sews to provide for herself and her son. I look forward to seeing her when I travel to Kenya this summer, from July 11th to 22nd with 9 other women from Providence Church. During this trip we will also be visiting the Neema Project and In Step Children's Home. Neema is a school for girls who have, for one reason or another, not been able to complete their high school education. My church, Providence Church in West Chester, supports the work of Neema and has an ongoing relationship with the girls and in-country staff. I believe that God sent His Son, Jesus, to be with us and show us the way to walk in relationship with God, each other and with ourselves. I now have the privilege to go back to Kenya to continue the relationship I began 2 years ago. I am asking that you consider supporting me in this trip both financially and prayerfully. The total cost of the trip is about $2200, but I am seeking to raise $1000 through this website. I am trusting God to provide the rest through other fund raising sources. Thank you for your support.
