BENEFITING: CENTER FOR DISASTER PHILANTHROPY
We are a group of physiotherapy students from Curtin University (Perth, AU) who were planning to participate in a clinical placement in Kathmandu in July.
The devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Nepal has crippled the country and shocked the world. The death toll is rising at an alarming rate and much of the population has been left homeless, without food or water. This fund has been created to raise some money to provide aid to the people of Nepal in their time of need.
These tragic events have hit us hard as we were all looking forward to experiencing this majestic country. We are desperate to help in any way we can - and at the moment, money is the best way to provide the country with support.
The group would appreciate it if you could donate to this cause - as you know, any little bit helps!!
We have chosen to support the Center for Disaster Philantrophy as they focus on long term development plans after a disaster - and helping to develop something that is sustainable means the world to us.
Thanks and spread the love :)
