On Saturday April 25, 2015, A 7.8 magnitude earthquake devastated the region surrounding Nepal’s capital city of Kathmandu flattening homes, buildings and temples, causing widespread damage across the region. Hundreds are reported dead. A seemingly endless series of aftershocks continues to traumatize survivors. Residents huddled in the cold rain overnight for safety.
We Nepalese brothers and sisters of NepalEarthquakeVictims volunteers are doing what we can by sending your donations directly to Nepal and our Nepali organizations/volunteers are working at the grassroots level and making small differences. Funds raised will not go towards the travel cost for the team. 100% of proceeds will go towards help, support and reconstruction efforts.
We started providing that is absolutely needed right now - Medical supplies, Medicine, Food items, Essentials Non-Medical items, Water proof outdoor floor mats, Safe drinking water, Tent, Umbrella, Blankets, Raincoats, Torch light, Batteries, Candles, Matchsticks, Whistles, Cloths/Shoes etc.. still have more to do.
Since April 25, Earthquake with less magnitude used to come every day 3,4 times but on Tuesday May 11, 2015 other 7.4 magnitude earthquake followed by 6.3 magnitude earthquake hit Nepal again and devastated most of cracked homes happened from earlier earthquake, many people died and more than 1,000 injured. This time most of our family members had silent tears, scared, helpless, moaning and giving up.
