Farmington Valley YMCA is hosting their 1st Bike the Valley Event that offers 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 mile ride options & bike rodeo. New Horizons is joining together with Farmington PD and creating a team. It says below benefitting New Horizons, but really it is New Horizons and the Farmington PD - computer glitch there. We are joining together to support the YMCA by bringing registered bike riders to their event (they get the registration fee) and raising funds for our organizations through sponsors (we split the sponsorship donations). Just think, you can help 3 organizations at once by taking a bike ride and getting friends to sponsor you. Easy and fun.
If you haven't already: register at: www.ghymca.org/farmington - click the address to the left - we've linked it to make it super easy for you.
Then, to fundraise with us - join our team here and send an email to your contacts to support you. Crowdrise will walk you right through it once you join.
